Join us for a 9 month transformational journey in the heart chakra of the world

Set in Glastonbury, on the Isle of Avalon, The Shamanic Way of the Rose is a 9 month in person training designed to take you on a rebirth journey and liberate you as a true Rose Priestess of these times. It is a journey of Resurrection, Reclamation & Remembrance.

Once per month we will gather for an in person Temple day, each designed to unlock and awaken you to the medicine of that Rose, and support you to integrate these Mystery Teachings within your own Body Temple. Each Rose Temple day will be divided into 2-4 sections with space for breaks, food and social time throughout the afternoon.

Sunday 2nd March
The Ruby Rose Flame

The second temple of the Shamanic Way of the Rose is all about diving deep into our womb space and sinking into our feminine embodiment. For the first half we will be exploring our relationship to the rose as an expression of pleasure, beauty & love. Enjoying and sharing in delicious homemade treats, poetry, sensual movement and touch. This is perhaps the most known expression of the rose.

When I first think of a Rose I think of a juicy red rose, dripping with richness and velvety sensuality. What do you first think of in relation to the Rose?

In the second half we will be exploring the practice of self womb massage. We will each have our own special massage oil to work with. These will be a gift to use & also take home so the practice can be continued … Womb massage is such a fundamental self touch practice that has to power to completely transform a woman's physical and spiritual health. We will learn more about pelvic health and wellness in the Temple of the Ruby Rose Flame.

This Temples Shamanic Journey is connected to the land anchor of the Chalice Well. Representing the womb waters of our ancestral lineage we will be guided by Mary Magdalene to do deep healing work on/for our ancestral line Our sense of safety and security on this earth is intrinsically connected to our primary relationships with our mother & father. This is why we connect in with these aspects at the beginning of our training. An integral and strong foundation of understanding regarding our embodiment of these relational dynamics, is essential as we journey into deeper into ourselves.

These Shamanic Journeys are deep and powerful quantum leaps. They are access points that can radically shift trauma, & ancestral patterning, rewriting & clearing the Akashic Karmas of your lineage.

Sunday 13th April
Emerald Rose Flame

The heart is the hearth of our holy human form. The altar at which we lay our greatest desires, our most treasured memories & our yearning for more… in the chambers of our hearts we hold close our deepest pains & our heartbreaks, cherishing the little pieces of what was once whole but is now broken. Tending the heart is like taking all those small pieces and fixing them into something new, lined with gold & stronger than before.

The emerald flame of the rose is the path of the earth priestess. In alignment with the cycles of nature, she’s walks the way of the ancients, with the animal guardians by her side. She tends the sacred fires, turns the soils & honours the holy waters. She brings life to those around her and her community.

We are the carriers of the flaming heart of the Magdalene. The women that are not afraid of the truth. The ones that know deeply the way of love and the divine union template within. They belong to the temple of the emerald rose flame.

In the first half of our emerald rose flame temple we will do a heart de-armouring & opening breath-work practice followed by an arch line clearing meditation. Once we have opened our sacred vessels and landed in our hearts I will be guiding us on one of our most beautiful shamanic journeys of the course. This journey is connected to the white spring in Glastonbury. We will journey through the ethereal portal of the white spring to the heart of the cosmic womb, to the origin point of the first dragon mother Forged through the fires & the pressures of this life our diamond heart is born. The Akashic womb waters of the cosmos are the home of the origin mother Tiamat who is the guardian and guide of the diamond heart consciousness. She has a very important message for us all. Forged through the fires & the pressures of this life our diamond heart is born. It’s time to forge your diamond heart sister.

In the afternoon we will hold a very special sisterhood council in honour of Green Tara. She represents compassion in action and can be seen on her lotus leaf with one leg poised on the ground ready for action. This is an important message and a powerful embodied intention for us as women during these times on the earth. Tending the delicate balance of inner mastery/mystery with showing up in the world as a Priestess, Mother, Leader & Woman in her many facets, is the journey of the modern day woman. More simply put it represents the balance between nurturing ourselves and others/the world.

We will ponder, debate and explore questions related to the topic of the current world climate, creating and envisioning solutions. Whilst we do this very important work we will drink tea and craft clay goddess offerings. We will offer these to the land on our pilgrimage day. Our hands will have infused our offerings with the magic of our prayers for the earth.

Sunday 4th May
Obsidian Rose Flame

The black swan lives in all of us. She is the embodiment of our darkest aspects. Like Kali the black rose must destroy anything that is not in alignment with her highest self the white swan. It is essential that we integrate the medicine and meaning of the black swan so the forces of destruction that lay within us have a purposeful and powerful outlet. This allows us to stay true to the path of the white swan, the way of love & the ever unfolding of inner beauty and grace that comes when we grow & mature as Women.

Working with our shadow aspects, patterns, addictions and trauma to liberate our souls and heal our bodies is the true mythos & mission of the black swan. The black swan will always be a part of us and is the foundation of our transformation into the white swan.

In this temple we will work with black roses, medicine drums, serpent somatics and herbs as we explore some powerful partner exercises & allow ourselves the feel, heal and release our unrootings back into the earth and cosmos as a sisterhood tribe.

We will drum to the shamanic realms calling upon our healed and holy ancestors to assist us in our transformation, to support us as we are reborn as a phoenix from the ashes.

In the afternoon we will journey with Hecate to the cross roads of our life. Entering into the Akashic records of your own karma and dharma you will be guided on a quantum journey to align yourself strongly with your highest path and time line. Releasing any timelines, pathways & or habitual thought forms that are diverting and distracting you from your path.

This is be a peak temple as we journey together through these 9 months. The course is designed to slowly support you to soften, so you can feel safe to go deep. The sisterhood we create will hold you deeply as we journey through this obsidian rose temple, opening you up to deeper levels of intimacy with your self and others (I’m not referring to sexual intimacy, more a closeness with your own authenticity and expression). Facing our shadows and exiled parts can be a challenging process but with the right tools such as movement, sound, breath & true sisterhood, I truely believe we can heal anything.

Blue Lapas Rose Flame

In the cosmic waters our visions are seeded, brought through to us by the power of our divine intuition. With the power of our voice we speak our prayers into existence, bridging the gap between the worlds. We dance and swim in these waters of creation, alchemising and singing life into being.

Our bridge to God/Goddess, unity consciousness & the infinite oneness. As we journey through this temple we clear our sacred channels, our vessels & our voices. We speak the truth that wants to be spoken through us.

The cosmic blue rose of ever unfolding beauty, the timeless tapestry of geometric, electromagnetic magic that exists through space and time. There she is, in lapis lands, lemurian sands swimming with the dolphins & waves, living and breathing the breath of the blue rose.

Come swim in the cosmic waters with us as we take a shamanic journey home to the river of shakti, returning to the source of all life, to be nourished and clarified in her eternal akashic waters & to receive the crystal clear vision of you life.

We shall breathe, we shall sound, & we shall sing! In devotion to the great mother, to the rivers the oceans and the streams. We will offer our voice to the waters of the land. (We will learn some songs to offer to the waters on our land pilgrimage day).

Rose Quartz Flame

**This temple will be held online to honour the intimate nature of this temple.**

Come pray at the ALTAR of your divine feminine form. Come & reclaim the teachings of our spiritual heritage and follow the map that awakens the divine from within.

Join me, as we trace back the red threads of the left hand path of spirituality & resurrect the feminine mystery teachings that live in our blood and bones. We will reclaim our bodies as a vessel for the divine & awaken to the living wisdom of this path.

Restoring our full feminine vibrancy, magnetism & creative potential, the feminine face of God will become known through this reclamation of our body as a divine temple template. Through the resurrection & restoration of our sacred feminine architecture we can return to wholeness & unity with source. When we clear our internal blockages, we allow the life force of the divine Sophia to unite with the earthly elements of the dragon~serpent & baptise our holy human form.

Our Yonis, Wombs, Hearts, & Throats carry the imprints of thousands of years of feminine suppression. When we tend to these thorns within our bodies we heal our DNA, our bloodlines, and become the living Roses of the garden of Eden. We restore the blueprint of heaven on earth and the sacred templates of erotic innocence and divine union.

Tend to your Sacred Rose Garden, thorns and all. Enter your temple at the Gateway of the root to discover your Erotic Innocence. It’s time to shed the distorted templates of trauma that limit your sexual expression & experience.

This temple will be delivered in two parts. The first part will be an online seminar covering pelvic care and the anatomy and energetics of the womb & yoni Chalice (pelvic bowl & yoni). The second part is a live zoom call where I will be guiding you through a self touch yoni mapping practice & energetic healing with Mother Mary. Yoni mapping is an integral practice for restoring the foundations of the yoni fascia. Trauma is stored in the physical tissues and any imbalances in the internal structure of the pelvic bowl can stem from these fascia disturbances in the yoni gateway and tissues. By applying touch and slow movements we can massage the fascia back to vibrancy and health, releasing previous traumas and memories. This is also an amazing practice for mothers who have given birth vaginally. Any tears grazing and the overall process of birth can affect the internal fascia.

You will be fully guided through this process off camera so you can experience this practice and its benefits in the comfort of your own private space. You will be invited to make an altar and a coat womb nest to journey in.

Amethyst Rose Flame

Land Pilgrimage day

As we walk the ancient lands of Avalon as a sisterhood tribe, we commune with our great Mother Earth, In honour of her beauty & bounty.

We offer her the gifts, poems & songs we have created in sacred space together, in circle, as sisters. This day is a chance to be in celebration together, to reflect & rejoice. To allow the mysteries of the land to speak to us & speak through us as we integrate the medicine of the shamanic journeys we have traversed so far.

Dressed in the colours of the earth we remember the path of the Priestess. At one with nature and her rhythmic cycles, we tend to her sacred waters, offering up all that wishes to return to her deep seas.

We will visit the chalice well where we will offer red roses for our maternal lineage. We will be doing a deep shamanic journey during month 2 which is connected to the chalice well so we will anchoring in this energy here.

We will also visit the white spring and bathe in the pure waters. This land pilgrimage point is connected to the shamanic journey we will be doing in month 3, so again we will be anchoring our energy here and giving offerings to the water.

Finally we will be walking up the Tor together in ceremony offering rose petals as well go. At the top we will find a quiet place to do our protection & Prayer Ceremony which will be connected to the eye of Horus.

This will be a truely magical day filled with remembrance. Date to be confirmed (decided based upon everyone in the groups availability during August).

We will also be sharing a sacred picnic together. Special surprises included.

Sunday 21st September
Diamond Rose Flame

As we move into the latter months of our rebirth journey, we are slowly seeing the emergence of our inner white swan.

Experiencing the beginnings of our newly integrated reality we will start to feel to threads of our healing coming online. We are emerging through the darker waters into the light of the sun like the lotus.

With an awakening diamond heart we are purified and moved into a place of service of this earth, its people, our families & our tribes.

This temple will be in two main parts. We will focus on creating a small ritual dance piece, bringing through the energy of the white swan. It will be a dance interpretation of your own process of transformation. Inviting you to explore your own mythos and experience through dance & movement of the ‘coming back to the light’. The dress code for this temple will be white, dusky pink & flowing, soft elegant fabrics.

The second part will be a powerful Shamanic journey with Isis Mari. Isis carries the codes of the swan, she is literally the embodiment of the swan! This journey is called Woman with Wings and will offer us the opportunity to fly high above our worldly problems, see the bigger picture & receive the deep love and support of our eternal mother Isis.

The temple of the diamond rose flame is deeply connected to the white rose. The codes of mother Mary, Isis & the waters. Refracting the light in infinite rainbow beauty, clear, clarified & calm.

Sunday 19th October
Violet Rose Flame

As we reach the pinnacle of this journey together we will celebrate ourselves & each other for all that we are and all that we have achieved.

Our final meeting will be a graduation ceremony with a Royal Afterparty! The Violet Rose is connected to the crown chakra & serves us with the energy of the Queen. This is the opportunity for you to take your place on your inner throne, embodying and owning everything that you have become & are becoming. We are Inanna rising from the underworld, reclaiming our gifts and our gold ready to go into the world and share them with our communities.

The Violet Rose Flame is also connected to the Violet Flame of transmutation. We will be having a violet fire ritual to transition us from our final ceremony into our after party. The Dress Theme for our royal afterparty will be your favourite animal or priestess guide from those we have worked with throughout the 9 months. Think Dragons, Swans, Isis, Hecate, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary to name a few. We will celebrate in style with a dance journey followed by royal banquet.

Golden Solar Rose Flame

The Solar Rose flame lies at the hearth of all of us. The penetrating pillar of light that’s seeds every single creation, is just as fundamental to the rose lineage as the Goddess and the feminine face of God. The golden thread, the masculine principle that illuminates everything on its path, seeding infinite lineages of light as it expands, rests in union with the Goddess at the heart of the teachings of the Rose. The Rose carries the original & untampered template of the human journey and can offer us many musings & medicine on our path. Reminding us of our true essence and meaning.

We begin The Shamanic Way of the Rose bathed in the energies of Imbolc this coming February 2025. Our Grand Solar Opening ceremony will bring warmth back to your bones and light a fire within you that will burn brighter and brighter as we journey together through the 9 Sacred Rose Temples.

We will open with a fire ceremony to welcome the light as we seed new intentions for this coming rebirth journey. This fire will symbolise the hearth that holds us as we journey through the light into the dark. Forever lighting the way the embers burn strong in our hearts and carry us through to the light again.

This fire ceremony will lead us into an opening dance journey, invoking the living prayers with our body temples & awakening the fire within. We will follow with shaki breathwork exploring the energetics & manifestation power of the ovaries in preparation for our first Shamanic Journey together; The Sword of Truth.

Disclaimer: The term priestess should not be used lightly. It is ancient and should be approached with a lot of respect and dignity.
